If the appliance is coming close to the final part of its lifetime, we recommend to replace it with a new model if you have a budget for it.

Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO YOU REPAIR THE BROKEN APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We stock all of our service vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement parts and the tools to perform our repair service. If we have to come back at a later date to wrap up a repair, there won’t be an extra service cost. We estimate that we can finish over 90% of our appliance repair appointments during the initial trip.

Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for the technician to arrive at your home. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to arrive during the early part of our scheduled service window. However, if a previous repair or appointment lasts longer than we anticipated, this timeframe allows our repairman time to still arrive on schedule within the service window. Our technicians call 10-20 minutes before their arrival.
